Before I start, here’s a little video by VapingWithTwisted420 (such an awesome dude with a ton of helpful videos on YouTube, just in case you didn’t know) showing us what a world of difference it makes when you use a reputable battery.
Notice how much more vapor comes out when he switches the battery. If you use tanks, then E-Go style batteries should be fine.
However, if you plan on getting into sub-ohm vaping (aka cloud chasing), then you should start getting something more heavy duty. It is said that E-Go batteries can not power anything under 1 ohm.
So here are some of the best rated batteries, from 18650’s to 26650’s. These batteries work great for RDA’s, mech mods and sub-ohm vaping.
1. Sony 18650 2600mah 20a
Since mechanical mods started becoming the craze, Sony batteries have always the choice of the majority because of its power and reliability. Once upon a time, it was damn near impossible to get these online. Now the production has increased, these great little things are more available now. But watch out, there are also a lot of knock offs online so make sure you are buying from a reputable seller.
2. Efest 18650 2500mah 35a
Back then, Efest was a “meh” type of brand. They were good enough to do the job, but that was it. Now, with their recently released 18650 35a battery, people have started giving it better reviews. A lot of people were quite surprised with its performance, while some even saying they perform better than the Sony 18650 batteries.
3. MNKE 26650 3500mah 50a
