Mod starter kits are bundled vape products geared at first time vapers. When I started vaping a few years back, a starter kit looked something like this. It might not look like much but it got me off the cigarettes. Of course, a set-up like this is now obsolete. Vaping nowadays is light years ahead compared to this eGo kit.
So if you are a first time vaper looking to use vaping to stop smoking like what I did, these starter mod kits I found on My Freedom Smokes saves you time and money in shopping for your first vape product!
One Reason You Should Go With Starter Mod Kits As A First Time Vape Buyer
There are 4 things you need to get started with vaping: a mod, a tank or dripping atomizer, a pair of batteries and e-juice. Trust me, if you order online you don’t want to purchase these parts separately from different websites. Having your mod, tank and e-juice at hand while waiting for your batteries to arrive in the mail is like hell! I couldn’t wait to try vaping when I first bought my starter kit.
So here are 4 starter mod kits, all which are inexpensive and won’t go over $100. Everything in these kits have what you need to start vaping!
1.) The Remix Bundle – Let’s start off with the Remix bundle. I think this is a great entry level starter kit. It uses the Disrupter which has really good reviews by the way. It also comes with a great battery. The tank (iSub) is one of the easiest tanks to fill with e-juice. As a new vaper, you want to make sure you fill your tank properly with e-juice. The iSub doesn’t need rocket science to use.
Like I mentioned earlier, you will be needing some e-juice to start vaping. This kit also comes with an optional e-juice sample kit so you can start experimenting with different flavors. It’s a great way to learn what your flavor preferences might be when you start vaping. Finally, this comes in different colors to mix and match giving you the option to personalize your first mod vape set-up.
2.) Evic VTC Mini 60W Starter Kit – Next on the list is the Evic VTC Mini kit. This kit has a “cute” look to it. I have one and I can say that it’s a great mod to use. Nice to the touch, pretty hard to put down once I start vaping on it. Personally, I think its the best looking mod on the list.
These is one catch however that requires a little more attention for those of you there that plan on getting the VTC mini. The Mega One Tank, which is the tank used in this kit, only works in temperature control mode. Make sure to use this tank in temperature control mode with VTC mini only! I know it might be a hassle but the vapor production and flavor on the Mega One tank is very well worth it.
3.) Kanger SUBOX Mini Starter Kit – The SUBOX Mini is a hit with many vapers. If you look at the reviews online, you will see hundreds of satisfied customers raving about the SUBOX Mini.
I think its a great mod to start vaping with because it helps develop you as a vaper. You have the option of using disposable atomizer heads, or try your hand at building your own coils. I think this is what makes it stand out from the other mods on the list. It’s a very user-friendly mod with the vapor and flavor on the Subtank being on point.
4.) The Select Bundle – One thing I hated as a new vaper was my battery kept dying on me. When I was quitting smoking, I used to chain vape a lot. Whatever urges I had for cigarettes I would try to contain using vaping. I needed to chain vape to suppress my cravings for cigarettes. If you smoke a lot, you might want to use a mod with long battery life. The Select bundle uses the Cloupor GT 80. This mod houses 2 18650 batteries which gives you enough power for a chain vape marathon.
