This is why it so important to get actual recognition from a respected source that vaping is indeed safer and better than smoking.
The Scottish health board is considering lifting their ban on vaping from a number of hospitals after the UK government has endorsed vaping a safer alternative to smoking.
Other hospitals are following suit after NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde decided to change it’s policy towards vaping.
This is great news and I am happy to hear that our friends in the medical field are starting to look at vaping with an open mind and are not going by what the media tells them.
Just imagine what effect it would have here in the US if President Obama (who is a cigarette smoker by the way) came out saying that vaping is a better alternative to smoking. I believe a lot of people would change their minds about the alleged dangers of vaping.
But instead of putting the health of smokers trying to quit as a priority, it seems that our politicians here are too busy playing both sides of the fence with Big Tobacco and anti-smoking lobbyist because they get paid from both parties anyway.
