3 Manliest Man Mods On The Market

As I was doing my usual online window shopping of vaping products, there were a few mods that got my attention. They stood out to me because of their aggressive designs. Some people may find them to be a little too “over the top,” but to me they have their own flavor because they are unlike most mods when it comes to design.

One things for sure, these monstrous mods were meant to be handled by big, strong manly hands.

If you’re the type of vaper who likes their mod to be big and bold, then stick around and read on. I think you might like the following mechs I’m about to show you.

So crack out that 24mg nic juice as you go through the 3 manliest man mods on the market.

Mechanical Mod Maraxus

1. MARAXUS MOD ($26.32)

The Maraxus mod is a telescopic mod that fits all 18size batteries. I read on the sites that offer this mod that it was configurable, meaning you could customize its look. I found pics online showing it in different configurations.

But the best configuration for the Maraxus in my opinion involves some paint.

For those who don’t know, the Maraxus mod is also called the “Iron Man” mod. At first, I could not see the connection between the superhero and the Maraxus mod until I saw this pic:

I see the connection now. It’s amazing what a little paint can do!

Dreadnaught Mod

Named after a nuclear powered submarine that weighed 3,500 tons, the Dreadnaught is a fitting name for such a massive mod.

This thing looks like it could survive a nuclear fallout. The mod weighs over a pound alone without it’s 26650 battery. Probably the biggest hybrid mod in the market now.

The good thing is people who have bought this mod have been saying that the atomizer is capable of carrying more juice in its juice well because of its ginormous size.

Black Panzer Mod

3. PANZER MOD CLONE ($27.15)

MCV Philippines is known for making quality mods, and the Panzer is evidence of that. One of the hardest hitting mods, the clone version is said to perform just as well.

The Panzer may be the smallest among the mods in this list, but that doesn’t mean it comes up short in performance. The Panzer mechanical mod is known to be one of the hardest hitting mods according to a number of video testimonials on YouTube.

Fast Tech is offering a sweet deal of the Panzer starter kit which is the mod AND an atomizer designed after the Panzer mod.

I hope you found something useful in this post. If you buy any of these mods through the links in this post then you will be doing this blog a VERY huge favor so buy something you like and help Mr. Long Drag spread the vape gospel. 🙂

Planning To Buy A Copper Stingray Mod Clone? Read This First.

One of the flagship mods that spearheaded the copper craze is the Stingray Mod by JD Tech. Aside from it’s beautiful design, the firing button was one of the smoothest ever made for a mechanical mod.

Since the first Stingray was such a success, the copper version sold out almost instantly leaving the rest with us having to settle with the clone.

However, to the untrained vaper, all clones are the same. Some manufacturers make better versions compared to the others.

Here is a video I thought was really helpful especially for people who plan on buying a Stingray mod clone.

Find My Vapes shows us which version you should be looking out for if you decide to buy a Stingray clone.

Where To Buy Authentic Mechanical Mods

Chi-You mod by Mojo

I have been very vocal in my support for clones, and I don’t change my stance at all. As long as these original mods are overpriced and hard to find, I will continue to support clones and replicas.

I don’t really think it has an effect when clone manufacturers copy mods down to their logo because I believe people buy a mod based mostly on design and not brand name.

However, I have been getting into this point in vaping where I WANT an authentic mod, at least 1 in my collection! I want to know how it is to have a mod with its own serial number and authentication papers. I also plan on going to vape meets, and I personally don’t think it would be a good idea to bring a clone to such important events for the culture.

I think a good collection would be quality over quantity. I know, its going to take me a longer time to get a mod I want, but I think the satisfaction and gratification would be more intense once I receive my authentic mod in the mail!

Now, aside from price, I know that timing is crucial too. A lot of these units sell quick, so being quick to buy is important as well.

I came across this site that has authentic mods. I like them because they have a lot to choose from, and some of them are in stock. Here are a few beauties that caught my eye, and yes they are still available (as of July 27, 2014)!

If you ask me, I got the Chi-You, which is why I posted it on the top of my post. Look at how beautiful the detail and design is on that mod! If I had the money though, I would have gotten everything I posted on here honestly.

Remember, if you see something you like that is out of stock, chances are it will never be reproduced again. So get one while you still can.
